 upset --> angry --> sad --> disappointed --> hopeless

what's that?
that is actually a process of heart-breaking when my heart was still there.
and now, the fragile heart broken. No heart anymore.

cant be so cruel, but cant be too nice.
treat others nice = cruel to myself.
